1.Contract

Acontract has been signed between Tavanir and Atmosphere company in 1984. for the 2000 MW S.R.T.P.P.

 

2.Design & Engineering

The basic and datailed design & engreeing is carried out by E.G.I co. & the confirming of the documents is done by Moshanir Consolting Engineers.

All manufacturing and equipment supply has been done according to the confirmed document by Atmosphere Company.

3. Manufacturing & Development

- Steel structure of tower shell

- Steel structure for peak coolers and cooling delta with all accessories

- Manufacturing of cooling delta with all accssories

- Manufacturing of peak coolers with all accessories

- Manufacturing of jet condenser with all accessories

- Storage tank with capacity of 800m³ (4*200m³)

-Manufacturing all the piping in diffrent size

-Manufacturing H.V.A.C With all accessories

 

4.Erection

- C.W Pumps and motors and valves

- Erection of all mechanical, I & C and testing completion

 

5. Commissioning

- Hydrstatic test

- Rough flashing & washing

- Fine flashing & washing

- DM water filling into system

- Vacuum up test

- Steam admission

- Syncronization

- Testing

- Run back test of C.W pumps

- Performance acceptance test (P.A.T)

- Performance guarantee test (P.G.T)

- Final acceptance certificate (F.A.C)
