The third and the final category of our activities is the modern foundry industry .

The industry is divided into two sections:

 

1-Aluminum foundry(die casting) plant

2-Cast iron foundry(malleable) plant

 

A-The die casting plant was operated in 1977 in the field of mechanized foundry with tree 950-ton foundry machines.one year later and in the development plan , four other 950-ton and 180-ton units where added and a hall of 2400 sq.m. area was devoted to this plant.During the imposed war , this plant produced parts needed in the war and in 1982 , three other foundry units and six aluminum parts dressing press machines were added.

In the initial years , this factory started with the production of aluminum radiator and continued is activity with the production of gas and oil burners.Then it concluded a contract for the manufacture of urben gas regulator with the National Gas Company and later on embarked upon the manufacture of automobile parts including Paykan front shield , steering wheel for Khavar truck , switch for Pride cars ,front shield for Nissan , etc.

The press foundry plant , with more than 20 years experience in producing ZAMAK and AL parts and by virtue of technical know-how and modern machines and having three melting furnaces and 7 holding furnaces is capable of a daily transfer of average 10 tons melted aluminum to the holding furnaces.It is also capable of injecting all aluminum parts up to 13 kg. and ZAMAK parts from 1 to 3 kg. if the required technical knowledge is provided , this plant is capable of daily melting of 10 tons aluminum and converting it into aluminum bars.
